Our

Wines

We are not chasing consistency. We start with great grapes, follow the season where it leads, and resist the temptation to bend the wine to our will. Each vintage is an exercise in humility, letting the harvest become what it wants to be.

Poised somewhere between the grapefruity lushness of New Zealand and the mineral-driven, pinpoint electricity of the Loire, this wine strikes a harmonious balance. Lightly savory, loaded with Meyer lemon, tangerine and white peaches, bristling with energy, it’s a delicious bottle from the first sniff to the last sip.

Here is an explosive, powerful Gamay that blows up the glass with aromas of cherry blossoms and black cherry fruit, chewy tannins and tangy highlights of blood orange. Never mind the low abv; this wine rocks and punches well above its weight. Pair it with Alaska salmon? – you bet!

Aromas of red cherries, cranberries, rose petals and spices with a hint of earth. The mid-weighted and textural palate shows bright acidity and supple tannins, giving flavors of red fruit, orange peel and crushed stones. Fresh and focused. Drink or hold.

Red currant, marionberry, and plum mingle with mushroom, bay leaf, black tea, and cocoa. Rich dark fruit, soft tannins, and cranberry-like acidity finish with warm spice and toasted hazelnut.

Precise and focused flavors of clove-kissed cherries, cinnamon, and dried rose petals are showcased with balance. An earthy mid-palate delivers and stone. Acidity is clearly on point.

The Library

Good things do not last forever. These bottles are officially sold out, but for club parties, we have been known to raid our own stash.

2023 Gamay Noir
Our very first vintage. We were nervous, we learned a lot, and somehow it became a hit. The label featured a kestrel: small, agile, and quietly fierce.
2019 Failia Pinot Noir
Not made by us, but the wine that showed us what this vineyard was capable of. It earned 94 points and helped us see the promise in the fruit.
